Our Founder, Timothy Yates was formerly Vice President of Pro Management Group (now Phenomenal Restaurant Group). For over 31 years Yates has worked with corporate, institutional, and small business clients to assist them in building strong, competitive, and financially viable restaurant/food service operations. His high professional standards, formal business training, and real-world experience in restaurant management affords clients the differential advantage to stand out from the competition.

With Yates at the helm Pro Management Group has operated and managed some 8 businesses in 3 states providing business foundation, management training, consulting, operations, policy and procedure development, strategic planning, staff training and development, budgeting and financial planning,  inventory control, franchise assessments, funding resource assistance, and resource assistance for both franchised and private businesses.

Yates has provided consultation services to Hank Aaron’s multi-million dollar Churches and Popeye’s franchises, NBA Hall of Famer Dominic Wilkins’ $40 million  21 Group Hospitality.  As a consultant for Wings N Things, Yates helped to expand the franchise, Yates also assist with the development of Rosa’s Pizza, Denny’s, Perkins Family Restaurant and St. Charles Bistro and Jazz, Praline Connections, Wild Wings Café, Perkins Restaurant and Bakery, Roscoe Chicken and Waffles, I-Hop.

With strong Service Operations to assists clients with workforce development, team building, P&L management, systems implementation, problem-solving, and customer service. The results are continuous improvements in quality, productivity, brand-recognition, and operational efficiency.

Tim has expertise in leading and advising companies with daily operations, new market growth, as well as complex restructuring,  Tim has assists clients in structuring and negotiating transactions and favorable terms with commercial/ investments banks and SBA, as well as equity investors. Clients benefit from his consultation services with improved financial performance, heightened productivity and enhanced internal controls.
